Hi, One of my customers is having a problem with authorizing a .CA pre-reg application. The message they are getting is: "This pre-registration request was redirected to CIRA already." They now can't get to the CIRA page after the retrieval of the pre-reg request. What can they do now? The status in the reseller interface is "Pending Registry Approval" but they never got to the process on the CIRA site. Scott
