In the tech contact information, can you clarify: The message that is sent to registrant "when registration completes" "upon successful registration" Is this also sent to registrants when a transfer is fully completed/approved/all steps done? Somehow I think we misunderstood this to be sent when we process an order (send it on to OpenSRS) - in which case that is when completed for registrations (just about), but not for transfers. [Why doesn't it say when an order is processed?] Then I read under step 1 in the user's guide referring to gTLD Domain Transfers: If the RSP has configured messages to be sent to the End-User and �process orders immediately� is set, this message will be sent when the End-User submits his order. I thought that thankyou.txt was sent immediately upon submission, whether or not the RSP processes automatically or manually. Or is this referring to the message in the tech contact area?
