Managed Service Provider - it is an evolution from RSP (Registration
Service Provider). For some reason, RSP was deemed not descriptive enough
for our channel. You are not the only one who is having trouble keeping track.
So (to be accurate), now it is just really confusing. :) James likes to use
the most current lingo.
