If someone forces me from a domain I own/use, then I don't plan on making it
easier then I am required to do. I would happily delete the domain (Thereby
terminating my connection with it), and let them fight with whoever happens
to register it next when/if the domain is actually released. If they are
too slow, then they get to fight someone else.
That's just my opinion though. I don't know what the legal side effects of
this would be.
