Rob and I have had a chat...
He was given bad information. To be clear:
- we can delete any name from the registry that we sponsor at any time
- we have done this in the past
- we can do it in the future; contact support; we require a written request
- since no money is refunded, it has little value to most RSPs
- it is mostly used when someone decides that they no longer want to keep a
name under dispute
