customer deleted Nameservers

Hi - I am sure this was brought up before, I emailed tech support on Friday but I 
suppose they are backed up - so perhaps one good soul might tell me :-)

It appears we as RSP do not have the capability to re-insert name servers
into customer's domain record.  One customer deleted all name servers on their
domain.

How can we help them?
