Point your user at the Manage FAQ. He can re-add the nameservers easily
using the 'adding new name servers' box. The first he adds will become
primary, second will be secondary, etc.
The RSP has no special keys to manage. Whoever has the password for
manage has the ability to fix this problem. The user could supply it to
you if they choose.
