Losing clients

Hi,

I'm losing clients here just because the Registration system doesn't allow
for the characters '�' or '#' (as someone else mentioned) in the Address
field.
A lot of the clients complain that the system gives a error "Invalid Message
Format". Some of them complain, but others just end up going elsewhere.

Is there any workaround or a planned fix for this?
