trying to complete the .ca process, everytime i click on the link at
https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/preregcira/index i get a page cannot
be found at https://www.cira.ca/cira/detenteurs .
Its down more often than up lately? Any chance they will know when
they actually have a system ready for prime time? Hope the root
servers are in much better shape.
As they have put off the date to Dec 1, how are they going to
process new registrations on Nov 8, are UBC and CIRA going to
co-operatively handle the root servers ?
