They can call your customer on your behalf and tell him he is a moron. :-)

BTW, there is a worse situation. I had a customer who registered his domain
at NetSol. Then, he lost his email-address (he used from-field
authentication... if that could be called authentication). Okay, there is
the procedure of fax-authorization then... however, my customer used a false
name to register all of his domains (a few hundred!).
Now try to transfer his domains! Or, try to do _anything_ with them!
