A customer asked me to check out his pending order, so I looked up its
status in the Reseller interface.  Oh, look, CIRA has denied his domain
and didn't e-mail us or him! That looks really good when I tell him his
domain is denied and I didn't know until that very moment.  When was
CIRA planning on e-mailing us and/or the registrants about their orders?
