CIRA will only be contacting successful orders; and only to complete the
"acceptance of terms" part of the process.
If your order shows as cancelled now, it means that it is not an available
domain, and never was available. Order that failed because they were
available, but another registration beat them in the queue process have not
yet been marked as failed, as we do not yet have this data form CIRA yet.
