Actually they should just query their own database and if it's not found
return an error and a suggestion that the user check rs.internic.net. No
one should ever use whois.opensrs.net to query non-opensrs names, just like
no one should ever use whois.networksolutions.com to query non nsi names.
They should both stop relaying the secondary queries. Force the user to use
a smarter whois client!
