automated reply, but as we are not a registered reseller, it look like I will
not be receiving any more information from them.

We originally registered the above domain name for a customer
with an ISP in the UK, who then registered it through
yourselves/TUCOWS/DomainDirect/DirectNIC
We have since transferred this domain back to another ISP in
the UK (CityNetgates) and made all the changes via the ISP login on the
DirectNic site. These have all propagated through, and we can access the web
site with no problems.
We are however, not getting any e-mail for this domain.
All mails tend to float around for 72 hours then get returned to the
sender.
When I search for the name via either yourselves or InterNIC,
I get the following outputs:-
