To change name servers, go to http://manage.opensrs.net and enter the domain
name, user name, and password.  If you don't have the user name and
password, check with the admin contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] .  If they don't
have it, ask the original RSP (reseller) to have OpenSRS email it to them.
If you have trouble getting the RSP to do this, then contact OpenSRS.

The current name servers are not providing correct information for this
domain name.

We originally registered the above domain name for a customer with an ISP in
the UK, who then registered it through
yourselves/TUCOWS/DomainDirect/DirectNIC

We have since transferred this domain back to another ISP in the UK
(CityNetgates) and made all the changes via the ISP login on the DirectNic
site. These have all propagated through, and we can access the web site with
no problems.
 We are however, not getting any e-mail for this domain. All mails tend to
float around for 72 hours then get returned to the sender.

When I search for the name via either yourselves or InterNIC, I get the
following outputs:-

OPENSRS
Record last updated on 13-Nov-2000.
Record expires on 12-Jul-2001.
Record Created on 12-Jul-2000.

I suspect my problem is because the Name Servers are still pointing at
DirectNic, although I do not understand why the web site access works.

Could you please tell me why I am having the problem (as I have 4 more
domains to transfer, and would like to get it right 1st time) and tell me
how to fix it. If it is the Name servers, can you please redirect them to:
