Would like to know why I'm getting this message in manage.cgi--I input a valid domain to manage, username and password are correct but get the error message below. Also I went through the process of registring through the end, all it did was took my money but did not actually register the site. My programmer said that he generated and pasted the private key and the permissions are okay. Anybody, please jump-in and provide input. (We used the reg_system.cgi for registeration, work in test enviorment, cookie turns on) "Error Page Invalid username/password given: Authentication Error" Then I followed the url https://horizon.opensrs.net/~vpop/resellers to login, then go to the Pending Domain area, and check Register and click Submit. Another error occured, the messages as following, "Order 159456 (bearbear.org) not registered: Request failed validation: Nameserver ns1.ihiway.net does not exist in the registry. Nameserver ns2.ihiway.net does not exist in the registry. " Then I changed the Nameserver to ns1.domaindirect.com and ns2.domaindirect.com within the https://horizon.opensrs.net/~vpop/resellers -->Tech Contact Information Then I check register and submit again, The same error occurs........
