Clarification

Dear Sirs,      We Spnet21 pte ltd are Resellers of OpenSRS          I need some clarification. The Paragraph below is the explanation for the domains transfered from other registrars.                                    "The registrar transfer itself doesn't cost anything, but money is deducted from your     account balance to register the domain for one year with OpenSRS. This year is added     on top of whatever time is remaining on the domain from the other registrar. E.g., if you     registered foo.org with Network Solutions, and it has 2 years remaining on the     registration, then after a successful transfer it will expire in 3 years. "   Here in the example the domain expires in 3 years.   You have deducted US$10.00 from the resellers account for one year of reg at OpenSRS.   I would like to know ,if I have to pay for the remaining 2years.   Pls explains us if the owner has already paid the earlier Registrar.     Thanks and Best Regards   Day Spnet21.net
