You are charged $10, and when the transfer completes an additional year is
added to the domain.  In this case, all three years have already been paid
for - domains are 'prepaid' in that respect.  Once the transfer is
successful, the domain would have a 4 year lifespan.

So the answer is no - the 2 years are already paid for, you're actually
paying for an additional year on top of what's already there.
