That error was fixed, and any domains that were effected by it should go
through when you resubmit them. However, in some cases another XML parser
error occured; I honestly don't know the number of domains effected by this
at the moment, or why it happened, but I thought I'd at least write to let
you know taht the 'registrant must be active' bug should be fine.
