I just want to know how to free a name with CIRA and if someone has
experimented the process.

In case of charge back or validation error :
- the name of the registrant is probably false
- the domain name is closed for any real user
- the record will generate unuseful work at renewal time

Some international registrars charge the MSPs for deletion. Why not
since it generates more work

But I don't know how it is complicated for the registry because some
MSPs may abuse too.
