First, try cutting and pasting into your address bar if your browser won't
accept non ASCII characters to be entered. Or try clicking on a link you
create in an HTML page. Like one I referenced earlier at
http://www.whats.nu/ .

Second, yes there are dns systems that can handle these domains. Try the
links at http://www.whats.nu/ or the demos at http://www.i-dns.net .
