We will be adding support (for our WHOIS service) for *.ca and *.uk names
any day now - we are just working out some QA issues AFIAK.
If there was enough demand, we could add recusive lookups beyond the TLD's
we offer through the web whois interface (but likely not through our WOIS
service). What TLD's would you want to see?
