Other Domains like .tv

Just one question:

Is it so hard to do like register.com and have in openSRS all those other
top level domains available like:
ws, ro, sh, gs, fm, to, ms, as, dk, lt, kz, tc, vg, etc, etc, etc (these are
a few that register.com supplies to their costumers).
