Here's the relevant bit:
Our public manage interface, manage.opensrs.net now supports the
managing of .ca names registered through OpenSRS. At this time, you will
not be able to "normalize" registration data within .ca names in the
same profile. Essentially, you can not "automatically" apply changes
across more than one .ca registration, unless they are in the same
profile at CIRA. This functionality will be released at a later date.
