AFAIK this will set a flag in the OpenSRS database that will tell the
system to automatically inform the Admin/Billing contact when the domain
is up for renewal, at 30/60/90 (what you specify) days prior to due date.
Remaining functionality for this (i.e. custom notifications to be sent
out) are not ready yet, but the flag in the database should work (I
haven't tested it, as I've been tied up with .ca stuff - but I'm sure it's
fine ... *grin*).
