Using the emergency form, I sent in a message about “unable to establish socket” and unspecified errors around 2.5 hours ago, and have yet to hear any thing back.  So, I guess the emergency form doesn’t do any good on holidays.

 

We are now at least getting a connection ~70% of the time.  About 30% of the time, though, we are still getting an unspecified error.

 

Wouldn’t be an issue if it weren’t for that little issue of our frustrated customers….
