I'm the oncall tech at the moment, and I did recieve your page, and spent
most of my day on the phone between the NOC and the Developers.
Unfortunately, my cell phone died in the middle of it, and I wasn't able
to reply to your page, even though I had received it and was working on
the problem.

The production servers are functioning now, and have been for a while.  If
you notice anything else, please do use the emergency page system.
