We do our best to answer all the questions posted on the list - if you
require a direct response from a Tucows/OpenSRS representative, you are
advised to submit the question directly to Tucows/OpenSRS. These lists,
while a good forum for discussion, aren't officially monitored by anyone,
are opt-in lists, and only have a fraction of our userbase online. We do
our best to cover all the bases, sometimes things are missed...

As for allowing a corporation to own a domain, you are more than welcome
to utilize the contact information layout in a manner that shows a
corporation owning the domain. I'm not sure how you mean "..does not take
into account that a corporation can own a domain.."

As for Russ Smith's reports that "they won't answer at all", I'm not sure
where his query was posted - I don't recall (myself) seeing him post to
this list, so I'm not sure where his response should have originated from.
