Some transfer requests do not automatically parse the whois output at the
time of order properly - when this happens it's dumped into a bin to be
handled manually (when Admin staff are present). While there is no email
associated with the domain, there is no way to 'resend' the email - Admin
should have this cleared out today/tomorrow :)
