Well, I am quite sure, but I don't swear on it :-)

We recently transfered about 10 domains from CoreNIC to OpenSRS, and
we needed to send in a fax from the customer. However, this might(!)
also depend on the CoreNIC member and not on the CoreNIC itself. For
the last two domains I just wrote a fax and signed in "on behalf" of
the customers and it worked as well.
