Didn't we just go through a lengthy discussion about what it currently takes
to transfer a domain to another RSP? Something like requiring a signed fax
and the sacrifice of your first born child to effect this.
Now, any customer can do renewals at any other RSP, and pay the other guy?
I fail to grasp the logic here.
