Yeah, but wouldn't it be virtually useless unless most of the registrars
participate since their aim is to monitor all domain names?  Also, why
bother with snapnames?  OpenSRS can implement domain name modification
monitoring with their API and avoid violating any privacy policies.  This is
already partially implemented with auto-renew and owner approve transfers.
