Two quick questions

Hello,

I am using the quick start implementation and I have two rather simple
questions.

1. Is there a way to see a users password?  As an RSP, how can we find a
password of a customer who does not have the e-mail address they used when
they registered?

2. When I check active domains, completed registrar transfers do not show
up.  How do I request a password to be sent out for a customer who we have
completed a registrar transfer for?
