1) You cannot see a password - if an end user has lost access to their
current Admin contact, there is a method to alter this password discussed in
the Support FAQ here:

2) All orders (even transfers) should show up in View Active Domains.  If
not, you should verify that the order is completed (i.e. not listed in
Orders in Progress still) - you can use "Search Reg System Orders" for this.
If you find a domain that's in a proper completed status, yet still not
showing up in "View Active Domains" you should notify [EMAIL PROTECTED] :)
