Hello Cliff,
Well, it looks like his hosting provider does what many of them do,
list themselves as all the contacts, not necessarily the names in this
case, but the email addresses for the contacts go to the hosting
company, so they authorize the changes and modifications to the
domain.
I won't comment on my opinion regarding the ethics of doing this, or
what I think of companies who do this, but you can probably guess what
my opinion is (especially if you've been on this list for a while).
But it is certainly with an OpenSRS RSP, which is his hosting
provider.
The NSI bill is because NSI's billing system is fubar'ed.
