>From what I understand, processed means that they have sent it on to CIRA
and usually sent customer a copy of their CIRA acct #&pass. It remains that
way until they move it...to completed (unless it fails). CIRA apparently
gives NO notice back to Tucows that the reg. was successful, so staff at
Tucows have to manually go through and verify the status on each one - exact
process unknown to me. The time period for this has been quite variable - I
imagine, of course, that it depends largely on the current workload they're
dealing with at Tucows.

And, of course, until it is moved to completed, it is not accessible for
management.

I had a client register a .CA domain which is now in "View Orders in
Progress" as "Processed", but it has not been moved to "View Completed
Orders" with a status of "Complete"(I would imagine), yet.

What's going on here?

It's been well over 5 days and my client wishes to get into the Domain
Management area, but keeps receiving an "Authentication Failed" error.
I hope I haven't missed something regarding the .CA Domain
Registrations. As far as I was aware, .CA domains are being registered
in realtime now.

Best regards,
