The process in which we verify an order has completed at CIRA is
automated, for 99% of the domains. This has been much improved as time
has gone on.
Jo is correct in stating that a CIRA acct/pass combination has been
provided the customer to complete the registration process at CIRA. Only
Support can provide you with answers beyond this point, if your customer
has lost that information.
