Im wondering if anyone at tucows/opensrs has looked into the resent congestion on the internet as it is causing havak with the connections.I was wondering if there is any rerouting that can be done...I am aware it is as a result of the power difficulties on the west coast but my thinking is there must be a different routing that must be possible?     In my area the speed at which a eastern server sends a page out is so slow im thinking back to the day of the 300 baud modems when I started in the early 90,s
