Hmm, Nominet may get a bit fed up if the Registrants keep going directly to
them! Ideally what needs to happen is that the Registrant contacts their
current ISP and asks *them* to change the tag to TUCOWS-CA

In order to do tag transfers, the Registrant must contact Nominet. They
must change the tag to TUCOWS-CA - Nominet then notifies us and we place
the domains active in the database.
