Once one person has said "I've tried it and it never works," and the other person reports "I've tried it and it always works," there are two possibilities: 1. The other person is lying. In that case, shouting at them may eventually help, but that seems unlikely to be the problem in this case. 2. It's working for some people, but not for one or more others. Such situations may be due to the person's computer system, browser type, platform, the order they're clicking the buttons, etc. Providing information about these details will probably help someone eventually figure out the difference and solve the problem.
