For what it's worth, these work for me. (Netscape 4.7 Macintosh.)

Perhaps it's a browser issue. Have you tried it using a different browser 
or a different computer?

In any case, it's probably difficult for anyone to help unless you 
provide more information (such as your browser version, computer type, 
any extra testing you've done, etc.) so they can exactly duplicate what 
you're doing and perhaps reproduce the problem.

Once one person has said "I've tried it and it never works," and the 
other person reports "I've tried it and it always works," there are two 
possibilities:

1. The other person is lying. In that case, shouting at them may 
eventually help, but that seems unlikely to be the problem in this case.

2. It's working for some people, but not for one or more others. Such 
situations may be due to the person's computer system, browser type, 
platform, the order they're clicking the buttons, etc. Providing 
information about these details will probably help someone eventually 
figure out the difference and solve the problem.

Anyway, the first thing you should perhaps do is try it on another 
computer. You might find it works okay, and can go from there.
