Transfering .tv domains

Is it possible to 'transfer' a .tv domain, and what are the associated costs
? If I try it, it shows up as $0.01 .... Is the expiration date extended
with one year ?

And what about the 5% increase of domain prices after every renewal period,
does this also apply to .tv domains that are registered or extended through
OpenSRS ?
