Can We Add "Transfer Complete" Messages?

Currently, when a customer does a domain transfer, RSPs get a message if 
the transfer fails, but not if it succeeds.

I'd like to request that a "Transfer Complete" message be added. This 
would allow those of us who need to take some action (such as switching 
name server entries) to do it without checking the Reseller Web interface 
every day.
