Yeah, definitely. This would be REALLY helpful. If the message was
machine-readable, it could update my database automatically. (Some sort
of message authentication would be a good idea; you could sign all
messages with an OpenSRS GPG key or something.)
Similar messages would be nice for when customers transfer to another
registrar, etc.
