I notice on the www.tv site that they have this in their policies:
http://www.tv/en/policies/policies.shtml
"You agree to a minimum term of two (2) years, although you can prepay
for one (1) to ten (10) years at the time of registration."
It appears that OpenSRS .tv registrants are also bound to this because
section 9 of the .tv exhibit A requires the registrant to agree to the
terms at:
http://www.tv/en/policies/tos.shtml
Which in turn requires registrants to abide by the terms of the first
link I mentioned.
How does this work? Are registrants really allowed to pay for only one
year now but contractually bound to renew for another year even if they
don't want it? What if they refuse; is the RSP liable for the price?
