You can renew them using your own RSP account, as long as you use either
the renew.cgi or manage.cgi scripts with renewals enabled. I know this
works because it's how I'm managing half my renewals; I have two RSP
accounts but all renewals are being done through just one of them.

You do have to use the scripts (version 2.3 or later) instead of the RSP
Web interface, though.

Simply have you or the customer login to your scripts and use the renew
functionality. *Your* RSP account will be charged $10. The domain will
not be moved to your RSP account or otherwise altered; you can do that in
the future when OpenSRS implements RSP transfers.

Note that in offlist discussions I had with OpenSRS people it was
determined that RSP renewal confirmation messages might not arrive
properly if the domain is renewed through an RSP other than the owning
RSP; I don't know if this is fixed now, but don't panic if you don't get
'em. Just check the WHOIS to verify expiration dates.
