It appears I have confused a large number of resellers - I sincerely 
apologize!

What my message was alluding to was the fact that you could build your own 
pending process (have renewal orders securely emailed, etc..) outside of 
our processes. I know this is not ideal or the most efficient way, I was 
just pointing out the obvious, and in the process seem to have confused 
everybody.

To be clear, as previously stated, the ability to pend renewal orders on 
our systems is in QA right now, and should be released soon.
