Do I understand correctly that certificate resales and domain name
registration are being rolled into the same client code?
I'd just as soon the client code for the two operations was kept separate,
but maybe that's only because I have absolutely no desire to resell
certificates. I foresee things like bug fixes for the domain registration
code being held up until some new feature is added to the certificate sales
code. It seems if Tucows plans on selling additional services, heaping the
managment of all those reselling schemes into the same code base is just
asking for trouble.
Likewise, I think discussions of all certificate related issues should be
split off into another mailing list, before the stuff hits the fan in
another week and the rest of us have to wade through all of those
discussions.
