Their whois server is "whois.bulkregister.com". It does not work via http
(web browser). They do have a web interface to their whois server, but it
currently seems to require a member account to access (someone provide a
public link if I am mistaken).

If you don't have a whois client, and need to use a web browser, you can use
any of many web-based whois services, including
http://www.opensrs.org/whois, http://whois.net, http://qwho.com, or, heaven
forbid, http://whois.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois, which all
work more or less sporadically depending on network and server congestion,
and whether or not they have exceeded the quota of the whois server they are
accessing. If the first attempt fails, try again. Mine seems to be working
this morning for Bulkregister domains, at http://whois.subhost.com.
