.tv doesn't have a 'public' whois interface unfortunately - they do their
best to hide the actual number of registrations (and the registrants) for
their business.
OpenSRS registered .tv domains are viewable via our whois (it misreports
availability on non-OpenSRS .tv domains - forewarned...)
