the world is a messy place. that such balkanisation of the
net hasn't happened sooner is quite amazing. look at us all,
tinkering away trying to make everything neat and tidy in the
machine. the world is messy! nature is messy! only once the
shit settles do we see something orderly and perhaps.. romantic?
look at .tv -- on the one hand it is a diabolically shady notion.
on the other it provides untold benefits to the islanders of tuvalu.
sit back and enjoy the ride. chances are everything will turn out
completely different to all our wildest dreams/nightmares.
